NOTE: This is the most recently edited 'form' of NAWOL. As explained in the Preface and Introduction, we predicate it will take over a hundred members working together in open participatory processing more than a week to improve the 'form' so we are going to keep putting this out until there is enough interest and support to warrant a literature conference. Explaining this because we know there are those who will wonder why the 2011 date in on the form. This project began in 1989 and so is a long term project.
