Love as it is practiced in the rooms of NA is more like the type of love we have for our family. We do not always agree with each others actions but we always remember our roots. we must always remember that when an addict is hurting it is up to us to give them the love they need. we fight,we disagree, we act out on some of our worst defects at times. Yet once we step into the rooms we must always remember that we are all the same. Love in this case is not something I feel but something I DO. Love becomes an action and not a feeling.
