I think that Gayle expressed it quite well. Autonomy IS the key word here. A group can create what ever format it wishes so long as it is within the Traditions of NA. I have even gone to meetings that were so large that the only way you got to share was to put your name on a list. The DL would go down the list and call on as many people as they could get to within the meeting. There was simply not enough time to let everyone share.
