You have helped our website pass two mile markers. Not bad for a non-commercial recovery page. This book was first placed on the world wide web in March of 1996. Divided by four years, that averages 4750 per year. Our hits for 1999 are double that rate. We are growing. It is my great honor to congratulate all the loving caring addicts who have helped with the effort so far. This past year we have enjoyed a stability and affection with each volunteer coming up with something important.
The dream of completing this work is no longer on a distant horizon. We are currently working to improve each chapter as can be seen on our Y2K page. No more typos, needless big words and clumbsy sentences. As members come forward to workshop a chapter, we add them to the site with their email to ease the process of input. Input to the chapters being workshoped can be easily added to the end with a seperator.
This page allows any member in the world to write on the book. We are in touch with members from all over the planet. Most recently, members in South Africa and Denmark have been in active contact. In addition to general recovery material, we are interested that no sentences, word choices or approaches to recovery jam the gears of members anywhere. While we have the limitations of our language and heritage, we are aware that there are many, many human beings who need this program!
