Bo, I’m trying to figure out what you mean when you say that votes can be changed arbitrarily at the region or world level. If a vote is taken and my vote carries through the group, through the area and fails at the region, I always assumed that majority ruled at the regional level. Is there some other way that this works? We’re not talking about some kind of counterfeit “veto” deal are we?
