I think you are very correct in thinking that tour post will get people thinking. That above all else must happen in order for people to ever question why addicts who are both dedicated to recovery and loyal to NA have gone to such great lengths to keep this work out of the hands of WSO inc. Most of us were involved in the structure when WSO claimed the Basic Text for it's own back in the 80's. A book written by addicts for addicts very quickly became "property" once it's dollar value was established. So to increase the value of that property and to establish "ownership" our work which was freely given was changed to suit the needs of those in control.
We simply wish to never have this happen to this work.
