I learned many years ago that I can find as many reasons as there are moments in the day to seperate myself from other addicts in recovery. That thinking almost took my life several times over. Perhaps on some leval you may be correct. However the simple fact is that ALL addicts in active addiction are on their way to slow painful death. Once this becomes clear to them they have few choices. That is when this program becomes attractive. A very simple message- Don't do dope and you will not get high. This opens up your options on other ways to deal with life on lifes terms. Very very simple. ILS Steve
