What happened to just keeping it simple? I've been a member of Narcotics Anonymous for over 11 years and am involved in many levels of service--from making coffee to serving as present Chair of my area. Higher Power knows this book is great, but it just has too many words. I know this may sound simplisitic, but isn't that ultimately what we are--a simple program for complicated people. Please accept the suggestion that the book be kept simple enough for the least educated, most impatient of us to be able to pick it up, read a phrase or paragrah and "get it". As it stands, the volume of words alone is daunting. I am saying this without knowing if editing is yet to be done; therefore, my suggestion may be made in ignorance. If so, forgive me. I love this fellowship so much and as I wish to get as much from it as I can--so do I wish the same for others.
