Go there to view the chapters as they are being edited. Clickable addresses provide instant contact with the members working on the individual chapters.
Please, if you are interested in working on this book, make the commitment today. We are at a stage in the work where we can get rid of all the typos, complete thoughts, and finish some of the material. But we cannot do it without you!
