Er, uh, correct me if I am wrong but do our votes really count for anything at the group level? If they may be changed arbitrarily at the region or world level, then they do not. If they do not, then they don't really count at all. I well recall the loyal RSR who voted against the Basic Text's approval at the WSC because we were so eaten up with members of another fellowship, they swung the votes their way. The RSR was honorable and held to the vote and none of us thought the less of him. But now, votes can be changed - correct me if I am wrong. I would love to be wrong.
That is what I meant about the voting. It used to be that sometimes people would vote in several home groups and that made the system unfair in a way. You see, don't you?
