Gayle, Your second post is quite different from your misleading first post. Your first post implies that the RDs are making their own decisions on how to vote. Your second post (after being asked for substantiation of the first) has a different slant to it. It talks about input that the Region takes into consideration before directing the RD how to vote. Actually, the fact that a Region would take other information into consideration is to be complimented. If the Region truly is looking for the ‘pulse’ of the fellowship, it needs to be able to absorb information in other ways.

Do you really believe that in a Region where LESS than 10% of the groups hand in a motion tally sheet, that those 10% carry the weight of the whole region? I am thankful that some Regions are also able to use other input such as mail, telephone calls, email, newsletters, complaints, concerns, solutions from other addicts, when trying to figure out how to best represent the Region as a whole. Thanks for listening, Peace and Huggs, Richie S
