So you are saying that when you imply that an individual RD takes it upon himself to make his own decisions regardless of how he has been directed to vote by those he serves, it is the same as a Region deciding how to vote after members of the groups get together to discuss issues and come to agreements, and then to send their input to Areas and then the Areas bring that input to the Region, directing the RCMs how to vote. Did I get it right?

Hi Gayle, I am not deciding the 'appropriate' percentage, just the opposite. I am saying that we should hear as many addicts as possible, not just those that choose to vote in some structured environment, on the specific issues presented to them at that time. I believe that the more NA members that voice an opinion,in one way or another, the more we will hear the 'voice' of the fellowship and understand its wishes. Peace and Huggs, Richie
